Anxiety is a normal response to threat and danger and vitally important part of human life. It is evolutionary and is there to keep us alive. That said, many of our clients suffer from anxiety disorders, panic attacks and even PTSD. Anxiety is a key feature of social disorders, obsessive compulsory disorders and other unhelpful behaviours or habits from nail biting to excessively worrying about exams.
This one day ICH course will help you understand about anxiety and worry, and different anxiety disorders, and draws from the principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and REBT, helping you to use these techniques on their own or in adjunct with hypnosis.
