On this one day workshop Nicola Martin MSc looks forward to showing you how to make weight loss easy and enjoyable using the right knowledge and techniques.
Eating properly and taking exercise are two keystone habits that will promote other positive changes without you really having to focus on them. Nicola will show you how to install and implement them. She will also be looking at:-

- Understanding all the pitfalls and booby-traps that people encounter when trying to lose weight

- Building and maintaining motivation to keep going
- Making the process a lifetime habit
- Devising the correct hypnotic suggestions to ensure maximum impact
